✅ Eligible for Return:

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• You received the wrong item or a defective product.
• Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible:

• Item has been used, damaged, or worn.
• Return window has expired.

💡 How to Return:

1. Email us at support@klader.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll guide you through the return process.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed.
4. All the exchanged products will be delivered within 7 to 10 days, once approved.

💳 Refund Timelines:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
